The Ministry of Commerce on Friday introduced seven additional interventions under the Export Promotion Mission which is meant to strengthen micro, medium and small enterprises (MSMEs) to compete in global markets. Additionally, seeking to provide credit assistance to e-commerce exporters, the provisions would offer structured credit facilities which would provide with interest subvention and partial credit guarantees. Among them, the direct e-commerce credit facility – meant to provide working capital as an avenue for risk mitigation – would provide support up to ₹50 lakh with 90% guarantee coverage. Whilst the overseas inventory credit facility would extend support of up to ₹5 crore with 75% guarantee coverage. Finally, to support exporters institute warehouse overseas and fulfilment infrastructure, the latest interventions seek to provide assistance of up to 30% of approved project cost.

डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। देश के तीन राज्यों मध्य प्रदेश, तेलंगाना और कर्नाटक में हिंदू और मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगों के बीच हिंसक टकराव देखने को मिल रहा है। मध्य प्रदेश के जबलपुर में मंदिर में पूजा और मस्जिद में नमाज के दौरान दोनों समुदायों में तनाव बढ़ गया।वहीं, कर्नाटक में बागलकोट जिले में शिवाजी जयंती के दौरान निकाले जुलूस पर मुस्लिम समुदाय के लोगों ने पथराव किया। इसके अलावा हैदराबाद अंबरपेट में भी धार्मिक आयोजन के दौरान सांप्रदायिक तनाव की घटनाएं सामने आई है। हैदराबाद में क्या हुआ? हैदराबाद के अंबरपेट में जामा मस्जिद के सामने से शिवाजी जयंती का जुलूस गुजर रहा था। उसी समय मस्जिद में रमजान की नमाज चल रही थी। जुलूस के दौरान तेज संगीत और नारेबाजी को लेकर दोनों पक्षों में कहासुनी शुरू हुई। इस दौरान कथित तौर पर एक वीडियो बना रहे यूट्यूबर पर भीड़ ने हमला कर दिया।जिसके बाद दोनों समुदायों में तनाव बढ़ गया। घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और स्थिति को कंट्रोल किया। अंबरपेट पुलिस ने कहा, "एक यूट्यूबर अंबरपेट में जामा मस्जिद के पास वीडियो बना रहा था। उस पर लोगों ने हमला कर दिया। इत्तेफाक से, छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज का जुलूस वहां से गुजर रहा था, और दोनों ग्रुप नारे लगा रहे थे। हमारे पुलिस अधिकारी मौके पर थे और उन्होंने स्थिति को कंट्रोल किया।"पुलिस ने आगे कहा, "स्थिति अभी कंट्रोल में है, और हमें किसी से कोई शिकायत नहीं मिली है।" कर्नाटक के बागलकोट में मस्जिद के पास तनाव कर्नाटक के बागलकोट में जयंती की जुलूस मस्जिद के पास से निकल रही थी, इसी दौरान जुलूस पर पत्थरबाजी हुई। हिंदू संगठनों ने आरोप लगाया कि मस्जिद से एक पत्थर उड़कर आया। पुलिस ने दोनों तरफ से इकट्ठा हुए सभी लोगों को हटा दिया है और हालात कंट्रोल में है।बागलकोट के SP सिद्धार्थ गोयल ने कहा, "छत्रपति शिवाजी जयंती जुलूस के दौरान पत्थरबाजी हुई। हमारी तरफ भी पत्थर फेंके गए। लेकिन कोई घायल नहीं हुआ। हम दोषियों को गिरफ्तार करेंगे और सख्त कार्रवाई करेंगे।" जबलुपर में क्या हुआ? जबलपुर के सिहोरा इलाके में गुरुवार रात को आजाद चौक पर दुर्गा मंदिर में पूजा चल रही थी। इस दौरान मस्जिद में नमाज चल रही थी। पूजा और नमाज के दौरान दोनों समुदायों के लोगों में कहासुनी हो गई। इसी दौरान एक युवक ने दुर्गा मंदिर की ग्रिल को क्षतिग्रस्त करने का प्रयास किया। यह देखकर हिंदू युवक भड़क गए।

भास्कर न्यूज, पुणे। महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने राज्य की नदियों की बाढ़ रेखा के पुनः सर्वेक्षण और प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में अधिकृत इमारतों के पुनर्विकास के लिए उपाय सुझाने हेतु 12 सदस्यीय उच्चस्तरीय समिति गठित करने का निर्णय लिया है। यह समिति नगर विकास विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता में कार्य करेगी और दो महीने के भीतर अपनी रिपोर्ट राज्य सरकार को सौंपेगी।पुणे की मुला-मुठा नदी सहित राज्य की अन्य नदियों की नीली और लाल बाढ़ रेखाओं का नए सिरे से निर्धारण किया जाएगा। सरकार के इस निर्णय से बाढ़ रेखा के कारण लंबे समय से अटके पुनर्विकास कार्यों को गति मिलने की उम्मीद है।उच्च न्यायालय में दायर हुई थी जनहित याचिकाराज्य सरकार ने पहले ही नदियों का सर्वेक्षण कर बाढ़ रेखा तय करने के आदेश दिए थे। वर्ष 2024 में बाढ़ रेखा को लेकर उच्च न्यायालय में जनहित याचिका दायर की गई थी। उस समय न्यायालय ने अपर मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता में एक समिति गठित करने के निर्देश दिए थे, लेकिन उस समिति की रिपोर्ट अब तक प्रस्तुत नहीं की गई है। इसके बाद अब बाढ़ रेखा के पुनः सर्वेक्षण के लिए नई समिति का गठन किया गया है।समिति को आवश्यकता अनुसार संबंधित क्षेत्र के विशेषज्ञों और संस्थाओं से जानकारी एकत्र करने तथा आवश्यक सिफारिशों सहित प्रारूप रिपोर्ट दो माह के भीतर सरकार की मंजूरी के लिए प्रस्तुत करनी होगी।नगर विकास विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव होंगे अध्यक्षसमिति की अध्यक्षता नगर विकास विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव करेंगे। इसमें जलसंपदा, पर्यावरण तथा राहत एवं पुनर्वसन विभागों के अपर मुख्य सचिव, मेरी (MERI) संस्था के महासंचालक, नगर रचना निदेशक, विभिन्न महानगरपालिकाओं के आयुक्त और नगर परिषदों के मुख्याधिकारी शामिल होंगे।बाढ़ रेखा में त्रुटियों की शिकायतेंजलसंपदा विभाग द्वारा पूर्व में निर्धारित बाढ़ रेखाओं में त्रुटियों की शिकायतें सामने आई थीं। इसके चलते नगर विकास विभाग ने पुनः सर्वेक्षण का निर्णय लिया है। उच्चस्तरीय समिति के गठन से अब इस मुद्दे का समाधान निकलने की संभावना जताई जा रही है।पुणे की मुला-मुठा सहित कई नदियों की बाढ़ रेखा के कारण सैकड़ों हेक्टेयर जमीन ‘नो-डेवलपमेंट’ जोन में चली गई थी। इसका सीधा असर पुनर्विकास परियोजनाओं और नई इमारतों के निर्माण पर पड़ा।प्रभावित रहिवासियों को मिल सकता है न्यायबाढ़ रेखा में फंसी पुरानी सोसायटियों और अधिकृत इमारतों का पुनर्विकास राज्य के कई शहरों में गंभीर समस्या बन गया है। समिति को विशेष रूप से यह सुझाव देने की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है कि बाढ़ प्रभावित अधिकृत इमारतों को टीडीआर (ट्रांसफरेबल डेवलपमेंट राइट्स) का उपयोग कर निर्माण अनुमति किस प्रकार दी जा सकती है।समिति बदली हुई परिस्थितियों और वर्षा के बढ़ते पैटर्न को ध्यान में रखते हुए नीली और लाल बाढ़ रेखा का पुनर्निर्धारण करेगी। रिपोर्ट तैयार करते समय नदी किनारे की घनी आबादी, घरों की संख्या, इमारतों की संरचनात्मक स्थिरता, भू-स्तर (प्लिंथ लेवल) और नदी की जल वहन क्षमता जैसे तकनीकी पहलुओं का गहन अध्ययन किया जाएगा।

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a plea seeking a direction to restrain the construction, establishment or naming of any mosque or religious structure in the name of Mughal emperor Babur or Babri Masjid. After a bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta showed its disinclination in entertaining the plea, the counsel appearing for the petitioner withdrew it. The counsel appearing for the petitioner referred to suspended Trinamool Congress MLA Humayun Kabir's announcement to construct a replica of the Babri Masjid in West Bengal's Murshidabad district. After the bench said it was dismissing the petition, the counsel sought its permission to withdraw the plea. A five-judge bench of the apex court had delivered a landmark verdict in November 2019 in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title dispute case.
