Along with Filippo, Baig also serves as an executive producer and showrunner.

One is universally recognizable and has an electric personality, the other has been 10-years-old for 25 years, but together, the storyline of Pikachu and Ash Ketchum has lead the Pokémon franchise for decades. In a surprise announcement Friday, The Pokémon Company announced it is parting ways with the long-time duo in its animated series next year, and introducing a new Pokémon series with new main characters. The company’s tweet says it will “commemorate Ash’s journey with special episodes concluding Pokémon Ultimate Journeys: The Series” beginning next year. “Ash and Pikachu have had many encounters, many battles, and many exciting and memorable times,” the video, with a voiceover in Japanese with English subtitles, said. Sarah Natochenny, who has voiced the series’ main character Ash for over a decade, tweeted early Friday.

TORONTO , Dec. 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tribunal Watch Ontario says there is an access-to-justice crisis at some of Ontario’s most important adjudicative tribunals, including the Landlord and Tenant Board and Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, which are part of the Tribunals Ontario cluster. Tribunal Watch Ontario is calling on the Ontario Government and Tribunals Ontario to take immediate action to provide access to justice for the tens of thousands of individuals whose lives are affected by these important tribunals. The latest Annual Report for Tribunals Ontario documents a collective backlog of 67,000 cases at its four largest tribunals. There are more than 200 golf courses in and around the Arizona desert city, about a half-hour drive east of Phoenix. But Scottsdale is also a design-forward destination with award-winning restaurants, ample art and great local shopping. That’s particularly true of the downtown core, known as Old Town, where a classic Southwestern esthetic reminds visitors they’re in the desert, and yes, it likely will be sunny and warm even in December. Designed to blend in with its desert surroundings, Taliesin West was the winter home and studio of the late Frank Lloyd Wright. Stacy Lee Kong travelled as a guest of Experience Scottsdale, which did not review or approve this article.

The majority of solar panels are made in China with limited efficiency and life span, with toxic materials and negligible, cost-prohibitive recycling possibilities. I had the displeasure of listening to the CBC radio host Laura Lynch on Dec. 7 while driving between preferred radio stations. I long ago stopped listening to the CBC radio broadcasts. The majority of solar panels are made in China with limited efficiency and life span, with toxic materials and negligible, cost-prohibitive recycling possibilities. I was left in disbelief at the hypocrisy of the CBC.

Canada’s greatest Prime Minister (equaled only by Sir John A. Macdonald of Kingston) was in Cornwall, Ontario on this date in 1896. Laurier countered these feelings during an address he delivered during the Cornwall riding’s by-election. But the man who appeals to the prejudice of one class after having appealed to the prejudice of another class is twice an enemy to Stormont and Cornwall and Canada. I come here appealing to you not in favour of one race, not in favour of either race: I spurn any such appeals. I stand here upon the broad ground of Canadian citizenship: upon this broad ground we will fight this battle and if you cannot fight it upon this ground then, sir, I despair the fate of my country.

After learning of Mark Morris’ Dance Groups, where they used dance to manage Parkinson’s symptoms, Robichaud was on the first flight to New York to experience the classes for herself. After several months assisting classes, I was completely smitten and saw a future for myself as a DWP instructor. “Be the classes online or in-person, there is a deep sense of community for us all. Many of our dancers have commented on the lifeline that the daily online classes provide.”Not only do the participants benefit from the physical exertion and social interaction, learning the recreating sequences and choreography aid their cognitive functions. Despite the prominent focus on Parkinson’s, the classes are open to all seniors, she said.

A class action lawsuit on behalf of crime victims in Nunavik, the Inuit region of northern Quebec, has got the go-ahead. The lawsuit alleges that people in Nunavik have been left out of the province’s compensation regime for victims of criminal offenses. Quebec Superior Court Judge Lukasz Granosik certified the class-action lawsuit on Dec. 1The Indemnisation des victimes d’actes criminel, known by its French acronym IVAC, allows crime victims to apply for a range of compensation. The lawsuit outlines that between 2013 and 2019, approximately 80,000 crimes against a person were committed in Quebec. The lawsuit says that throughout the province, the number of victims receiving compensation in the various regions is proportional to their population, except for Nunavik.

Trudeau’s call-out yields questions on everything from mermaid sex to dog pantsOTTAWA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau may not have started the day thinking about whether mermaids reproduce like fish or like humans, but that's what one person is asking him to consider. He said that anyone who had a question should post it in the replies to his tweet and "stay tuned." Trudeau's post included a close-up video that, while shot in a candid style, included a row of Canadian flags just visible in the background. Some questions, such as one from former CBC meteorologist Claire Martin, who wanted to know about the prime minister's morning routine, were perhaps predictable. Many of the responses simply boiled down to this: "Since when do you answer questions?"

© Bobby Hristova/CBC Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport Neil Lumsden says Ontario won't be extending the staycation tax credit for another year. Ontario's tourism minister says the province won't be extending the staycation tax credit for another year, despite the hard-hit industry recommending the move as a way to help it recover from the pandemic. A joint report earlier this week from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Tourism Industry Association of Ontario said the sector won't fully recover until 2025 and suggested dozens of ways the provincial and federal governments could help. Those recommendations included permanently keeping the staycation tax credit, which allows Ontarians to claim 20 per cent of eligible accommodation expenses, such as hotel or campground stays, in order to encourage local travel. Green Party Leader Mike Schreiner says the Progressive Conservative government is abandoning the tourism industry.
