The fire forecast predicts worsening conditions for the month of June in Manitoba while conditions stay as an extreme risk for much of Saskatchewan and Alberta. (weather.gc.ca)This year, unusually hot temperatures have contributed to the increase in wildfires. By Keith Tomasek, May 28, 2023In 2005 I had the good fortune to see the Shaw Festival’s production of “Gypsy,” directed by Jackie Maxwell and starring Nora McLellan.
