The UK government has issued an updated travel advisory for India following an explosion at the Red Fort (Lal Qila) Metro Station in New Delhi. Exceptions are limited to air travel to and from Jammu city and movement within the city itself.In addition, the advisory urges caution for travellers to the north-eastern state of Manipur, recommending only essential travel. The region continues to experience curfews and intermittent violence following ethnic clashes that began in 2023.
