Tanyigbe Traditional Council calls for calm, reaffirms authority of Togbega Kodi Adiko VIAccording to the committee, the late Togbe Kwasi Adiko V legitimately succeeded Togbe Kwami Ekpe Akoto II. The committee found that the Tanyigbe Paramountcy operates under a rotational system, contrary to claims that it is the exclusive preserve of the Kodivi clan. The judgment was signed by the Chairman of the Judicial Committee, Togbe Gbordzor III, with Togbe Adrakpanya VI, Togbega Sei II, and Counsel Cephas Kwadzo Motey serving as members. The verdict brings both legal and customary clarity to a long-running chieftaincy dispute in the Tanyigbe Traditional Area and is expected to reset the leadership landscape in the area.
