Hridoy Hossain, a local, allegedly confined her for a week. On March 13, around 8:30pm, when the victim went out of the house to use the washroom, Hridoy, drugged and abducted her. There, he held a knife to the victim's throat, raped her, and recorded it. The victim was raped multiple times after being held captive for about a week. On the afternoon of March 19, Hridoy's brother Jasim called the victim's brother on his phone and asked him to pick up his sister.
