[Reuters]China says it has detained an individual accused of collecting state secrets on behalf of Britain's foreign intelligence agency MI6. The Ministry of State Security posted on social media Monday that Britain had been cooperating since 2015 with the person, who it said was a citizen of a third nation and had the surname Huang. The Court of Appeal has ordered former Nairobi County chief finance officer Jimmy Kiambaa to forfeit Sh114 million and seven prime properties to the government. The rental income declared between 2007 and 2009 was Sh600,000 and it escalated to Sh95 million in 2011-2013. In any event, the question is how the 1st appellant’s (Kiambaa) rental income increased from Sh1 million a year to Sh423,000,000 within six years. There was no reasonable or any explanation given on the substantial rise in the rental income," the judges said. Government pathologist Johansen Oduor has revealed a possibility of some bodies exhumed from Shakahola being buried in mass grave. This is because some relatives have refused to undertake a DNA test to match the bodies with their respective families. According to the pathologist, some of the relatives who showed up said they didn’t want to be associated with their kin who had willingly joined Paul Mackenzie’s church. “Once you have collected DNA samples of the deceased, you have to match to the relatives so that we can know this person is related to this person,” the government pathologist said. Oduor revealed that so far 429 autopsies had been conducted with the results for the DNA tests being waited for.
