Investigators from the Firearms and Narcotics Investigation Division (FNID) have charged a 53-year-old man, Thomas Edwards of Hatfield in Manchester, with possession of cocaine, dealing in cocaine, attempting to export cocaine, and conspiracy to export cocaine. DCI officers briefly detained in Tanzania for alleged trespassingFive Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) officers from Nairobi Buru Buru Police Station were briefly arrested, then released in Tanzania for allegedly trespassing when pursuing cross-border motor vehicle theft suspects.
