South Sudan President Salva Kiir accused the United States and Europe of meddling in his country’s affairs on Monday to ensure no elections would be held at the tail end of 2024. Bomet Governor Hillary Barchok has slammed politicians from Rift Valley who he said were humiliating Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. Barchok said disrespecting Gachagua is disrespecting the government. "When you are disrespecting DP Gachagua, you are also disrespecting President Ruto," Barchok said. The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with diverse stakeholders, last week convened to validate the Early Childhood Development (ECD) Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Strategy and the ECD Advocacy Strategies.
