The development on Salters Lane on Gosforth Business Park in Longbenton will cover 40,000 square feet and have 10 indoor courts. Padel Up opened a new venue this month in Gateshead with its own bar and café, while True Padel have applied to expand into an empty industrial unit in Sunderland. Sammy Arora, founder and CEO of Pure Padel, said that construction starting this week was a "huge milestone" after submitting the planning application to North Tyneside Council in June 2024. 'The findings indicate that personality traits significantly shape consumer evaluations of wine,' the researchers wrote in the Journal of Personality.
