The company published its full year results on Thursday, declaring a final dividend of 10.95 cent per ordinary share. Rothwell owns 21.7 per cent of the company and stands to receive more than €3.5 million if the dividend payment is approved by shareholders at its annual general meeting on May 7th. The payment would then be made on June 5th to investors in the company, which operates Irish Ferries.
