सीतापुर में एसडीएम कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान अधिवक्ताओं और महिला एसडीएम से तीखी नोकझोंक हो गई। एसडीएम बोलीं आप लोग गाली मत दीजिए। इस पर वकीलों ने जवाब दिया तो क्या आपकी आरती उतारें। एसडीएम ने कहा- तुम लाेग मारोगे, मारोगे तुम लोग, अच्छा मारो। उठाओ अधि. एसडीएम ने अधिवक्ताओं पर अभद्रता और गाली गलौज करने का आरोप लगाया। वहीं अधिवक्ताओं ने एसडीएम कोर्ट में भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप लगाया। अधिवक्ताओं ने एसडीएम के स्थानांतरण होने तक कार्य बहिष्कार का ऐलान किया।कोर्ट में एसडीएम और वकीलों में जमकर बहस हुई। भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगाए गए।लंबित मामलों की सुनवाई कर रही थी एसडीएममामला महमूदाबाद एसडीएम न्यायालय का है। यहां पर तैनात एसडीएम शिखा शुक्ला बुधवार को शासन के निर्देश पर 5 से 10 सालों से लंबित पड़े मामलों की एसडीएम कोर्ट में सुनवाई कर रही थीं। इस दौरान बिना वकीलों के वादकारियों को कोर्ट बुलाया गया था। यह बात जब वकीलों को पता चली तो वह नाराज हो गए।वकील, अधिवक्ता बार अध्यक्ष महमूदाबाद के नेतृत्व में एसडीएम के चैम्बर में घुस गए। एसडीएम पर भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप लगाया। कहा, वह तानाशाही रवैया अपना रही हैं। उन्होंने वादों को विधि विरुद्ध पारित किए जाने का आरोप लगाकर नारेबाजी की। दोनों पक्षों की ओर से जमकर बहसबाजी हुई। एसडीएम ने वकीलों से कहा, तुम लोग की गाली नहीं सुनेंगे, समझे। गाली नहीं दोगे आप लोग।एसडीएम ने वकीलों के आरोप को झूठा बताया। कहा, आप लोग बेवजह हंगामा कर रहे।अधिवक्ताओं ने किया कार्य बहिष्कारकोर्ट में दोनों पक्षों की तरफ से हुई नोकझोंक के बाद एसडीएम पुलिस बुलाकर चैम्बर से बाहर निकल गईं। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने हंगामा कर रहे अधिवक्ताओं को किसी तरह समझाकर मामले को शान्त कराया। अधिवक्ताओं ने बार एसोसिएशन सभागार में बैठक कर एसडीएम के स्थानांतरण तक कार्य बहिष्कार का ऐलान किया।इसमें सीआरपीसी की 107/16 और 151 की कार्रवाई का भी बहिष्कार किया। वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद एसडीएम ने अपना पक्ष रखते हुए कहा कि अधिवक्ता सुनवाई के दौरान अभद्रता करते हुए गाली गलौज करने लगे। जबकि वह शासन के निर्देश पर लंबित मामलों की वादकारियों के साथ सुनवाई कर रही थीं।
