Thus nominating people with a background in security will help them effectively coordinate security activities in their jurisdictions. “If we can deal with crimes in some of these locations by getting people who are security-minded to lead the charge, I think that will help. The Association said it had realised that the Finance Ministry was “illegitimately” handling pension-related issues instead of the Labour Ministry as stipulated in the National Pensions Act 2008, Act 766, and said the anomaly must be addressed. “In pursuance of this, we have established CLOGSAG Revenue and intended to pilot it in three districts in the Central Region and eventually replicate it in all parts of the country,” he added. The Association launched an online sales application and commissioned a CLOGSAG technology shop as part of the celebration. The body of the deceased however has since been deposited at the Obuasi government hospital morgue and investigation is currently ongoing. According to the reports, the alleged suspect took to his heels after information hit the general public but was later arrested upon a tip-off. He also revealed that he killed the boy because the deceased's mother who is a co-tenant had connived spiritually with his (the culprit's) family, working against him.

He states that SBIC Africa Holdings have failed, refused or neglected to acquire 75.1% of the share capital of UMB Limited as specified in the agreement. Again, the plaintiffs want a declaration that Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited was originally registered as Union Mortgage Bank Limited on March 8, 1994, and that the change of name into Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited was procured by fraud. Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited has reportedly entered a conditional appearance in the substantive matter for which when the plaintiff received an invitation to the Annual General Meeting, he filed an ex parte application to stop it from coming off.
