CAPMAS said that mobile phone imports increased to US$98 million during May, compared to about $74.1 million in 2020. Recent data from CAPMAS added that the total imports of televisions amounted to US$29.1 million in May, compared to around $15.6 million during May 2020. Egypt’s total imports of automatic devices for information processing amounted to US$ 37.5 million during May 2021, compared to about $28.2 million last May.
