Yellowknife will occupy an unlikely political spotlight this week as Canadian public safety ministers meet in the city to discuss allegations of crime linked to India’s government. Federal public safety minister Dominic LeBlanc will chair meetings in Yellowknife with provincial and territorial counterparts later this week, at which the India situation is expected to be a priority.
