Marianne Blondin confirmed in an email that the Competition Bureau has commenced an investigation under the Competition Act into the alleged deceptive marketing practices. Three Indian nationals accused of murdering Sikh activist Hardeep Singh Nijjar are due to face court Tuesday over the killing that triggered a major diplomatic rift with India.
