Visitors to the Cinnamon Grand’s village in the city can experience the colourful diversity of Jaffna through food and music from today till February 25 at this festival . This showpiece event, held in its second year, is a celebration of the rich culture and heritage of the region, and features over 70 authentic dishes prepared by Jaffna ladies, traditional dance acts, beautiful palmyran products, market stalls and many other attractions.
