Flight NZ31 returned to the airport after the passenger fell ill. On return, the passenger was removed and the plane refuelled. The disruption caused a five-hour delay, with the flight expected to land in Auckland around 10am on Monday. The status of the passenger was unknown, an Air New Zealand spokesperson said.
