Autologous stem cell transplantation involves the collection and storage of the patient's own stem cells, which are then reinfused to restore hematopoietic tissue. Successful implementation of autologous stem cell transplantation necessitates meticulous preparation and collaboration with experts. During the first transplant procedure, the Institute's experienced staff directly supervised and performed tasks such as stem cell separation, stem cell transfusion, and close monitoring of the patient's progress. These sources include different types of stem cells, such as cord blood stem cell transplants (both with matching and non-matching blood types) and half-matching transplants (haplotype transplants) combined with cord blood stem cells.

HCM CITY — Raw and processed foods, agricultural produce, beverages, spices, and machinery, equipment and technologies for food production, packaging and preservation are on display at the second HCM City International Exhibition of Food and Beverages that opened on June 28. A range of activities will be held to promote the Vietnamese culinary culture and that of some other countries. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dương Anh Đức, vice chairman of the HCM City People’s Committee, said: “The food and beverage sector is one of the four key sectors prioritized by the city for development. “It accounts for 14 – 15 per cent of the city’s industrial production value.”In order for the food processing industry to sustain its role as a key sector, the city government has a programme for supporting processing businesses and products until 2030, he said. Orgnanised by ITPC and the HCM City Food and Foodstuff Association, the exhibition at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre will run until June 30.

Twenty-five per cent of the world's greenhouse gas emissions are related to the production of food and agriculture. We will continue to train farmers on sustainable farming practices to make coffee farming more successful and increase the farmers’ incomes. Also under our Nescafé Plan 2030 , we intend to have 50 per cent of our coffee sourced from regenerative agriculture practices by 2030. This whole system is something we aim to share with local farmers so that over time, coffee farming will become more resilient and regenerative.

HCM CITY — The Government has assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to closely coordinate with the HCM City People's Committee to develop a project to turn the city into an international centre for education and training to attract students from the Southeast Asia region and the world. The Ministry of Education and Training has issued a plan to implement a resolution of the Government's action programme on the development of HCM City by 2030, with a vision to 2045. The plan to concretise tasks and solutions in the field of education and training is stated in the resolution on the Government's action programme. The Government also assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the HCM City People's Committee and relevant ministries and agencies to relocate universities out of the inner city. The city has ensured that at least 20 per cent of its budget is consistently spent on education and training.

Director of the Administrative Procedures Control Agency Ngô Hải Phan said that the results of the simplification of business regulations had not met the Government’s requirements. Many remained slow in raising proposals for simplifying business regulations to the Prime Minister. He stressed that simplifying business regulations did not mean erecting new barriers to businesses. As of June 20, the existing regulations updated on the portal about business regulations at the address https://thamvanquydinh.gov.vn totalled 17,845 regulations.
