Tim Walz reacted by saying, “Thank God, thank God we have video.”The unrest in Minnesota is further evidence that we live in an era of ubiquitous video, both for better and for worse. One of Pretti’s neighbors, Chris Gray, told CNN that Pretti was “taking film of somebody getting abducted” when the confrontation began. In one of the eyewitness videos, Pretti was seen holding a phone in his right hand while a person was being detained. But some people with different ideological positions saw different videos, from different angles, and reached totally different conclusions about what happened — partly due to cues from political leaders. “Different videos.

A disturbing report came out yesterday that the Washington Post could be shutting down their sports desk. People like the Boz just enhanced my experience as a Washington Nationals fan. With the Post potentially shutting down and MASN being gone, there is a real news desert for Nationals fans. The Washington Post was a real institution at one point, and it is sad to see that go away. If this change comes to pass, it would be a massive shame for Nationals fans and sports fans in the area.

And when tension goes unresolved, sex often fades, not because attraction is gone, but because emotional safety is. Dr DeSeta said: “If you feel unseen or stuck in “roommate mode,” sex can feel like an obligation rather than something playful. Repair doesn’t start in bed.”AdvertisementHer advice here is to pause physical intimacy and focus on emotional repair, through conversation and low-pressure touch. When discomfort shows up, the body tenses or avoids intimacy, which can lower desire over time. One positive is that after Daniel Jones’ $22.2M dead money hit to the Giants’ 2025 finances, they enter the 2026 season with only $216,804 in dead money, second least of any team. The Tennessee Titans, whom Harbaugh was scheduled to interview with after his Giants visit, have $81.2M in effective cap space, for example. Their current effective cap space is slightly positive, like the Ravens’, but they have very little restructure potential of either kind. (Note also that effective cap space assumes the team’s current set of draft picks - comp picks and draft trades can change that.) Bobby Okereke: $9.0M cap savings, $5,5M dead moneyJon Runyan Jr.: $9.25M cap savings, $2.5M dead moneyJohn Michael Schmitz: $3.86M cap savings, $0.4M dead moneyRoy Robertson-Harris: $3.35M cap savings, $2.4M dead moneyThese are possible but less obvious.

As people try to maximize the fiber in their meals, major food companies are capitalizing on the trend with new, fiber-focused products. Fiber builds on previous wellness-focused consumer trends, Frey told CNN. Whole Foods’ forecast for 2026 said there are “more fiber-forward callouts on packaging” as well as more products with added fiber. Last summer, it launched a gut-friendly soda following its purchase of Poppi with “Pepsi Prebiotic Cola,” which includes added fiber. Snacks, such as chips and puffed crackers, will be the battleground for fiber, Frey predicts, notably products made from legumes and beans.

The United States is on the verge of losing its measles elimination status — a designation it has held for 25 years. [1]How the US gained elimination statusIn 1994, countries in the Americas (through the Pan American Health Organization) set a goal to interrupt endemic measles transmission in the region by 2000. [5]As of the mid-2020s, all PAHO member countries other than the ones with temporary setbacks have had measles elimination verified as of 2024. [7]2025-26 outbreak data and severityA total of 2,255 measles cases were recorded in 2025 in 45 states, with only 25 cases reported among international visitors. [8]PAHO has indicated that if endemic transmission (continuous spread of 12 months or longer) is documented, the U.S. would lose its measles-free status.
