Boohoo has come under fire for rehiring a supplier it fired following its modern slavery debacle. Reports said that after having “disengaged” in 2021, the fast fashion behemoth is again buying clothing from GN Euro once more. The clothing company used to sell Boohoo products from its factory in the UK, but after being shut down, it has opened a new location in Morocco under a different name, where it is once more doing business with the online retailer. When a Sunday Times undercover reporter visited a facility where workers were receiving less than the minimum wage in 2020, the controversy first gained attention. Since then, as part of a purported ethical revamp, Boohoo has released a list of suppliers worldwide.

A man has admitted being the owner of a XL bully which killed his neighbour while it was dangerously out of control. He thought Mr Langley was responsible and chased him with his two dogs, one of which grabbed the older man by the throat causing catastrophic injuries. The defendant then made a panicked 999 call but despite a response by the emergency services, Mr Langley could not be saved. The Chinese-founded fast fashion firm is preparing to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange in the first quarter of 2025, The Times has reported. The blockbuster float is expected to value the retail giant at around £50 billion. EMERGENCY doctors have sounded the alarm over an approaching winter crisis that they say is already putting patients in overstretched A&E departments at risk reports The Guardian.
