When Laura Cathy Otieno left her parents' house in Nairobi to travel to Vihiga county, nothing seemed unusual. Laura had applied for her national ID from Kisumu and had gone to pick it up as she cleared from school. Laura's mother added that the missing girl was last seen wearing a black skirt and a white pullover.
