Close to 700 soldiers, including 563 from the Royal Cambodian Army, 64 from the Lao People's Army and 71 soldiers from the Vietnam People's Army, joined this year's exercise. They are Pham Van Vong, former member of the Party Central Committee, secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Party Delegation, and chairman of the provincial People's Council; Phung Quang Hung, former vice secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Affairs Board and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; and Ha Hoa Binh, former member of the provincial Party Committee’s standing board, member of the Party Affairs Board and vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee. He said that the world is undergoing transformative changes, making educational reform a global trend, and Vietnam cannot remain outside this. The survey was conducted from October 2 to 4 by the provincial Party Commission for Mass Mobilisation and People’s Committee. The provincial Women's Union was in charge of collaborating with the provincial Party Commission for Mass Mobilisation to oversee the gathering of opinions during the survey period.
