The new board includes five representatives of Nile bourse and companies whose shares are listed on the stock market. The five new members are Rania Yaqoub, Shawket Maraghi, Ahmed Abul Saad, Hashem el Sayed and Dalia el Sawah. Elections were held at Egypt for Information Dissemination (EGID) headquarters. The board of the bourse includes its chairman and his deputy, who are both named by the prime minister. The board also includes five members who are chosen by elections in addition to two economic experts and two representatives of the Central Bank of Egypt and the Federation of Egyptian Banks.
