One of Liberia’s top environmentalists is calling on Liberians including the media to be more robust in tackling the issue of waste solid management if the country to succeed in its Clean Environmental drive which is seriously confronting the country. Addressing a joint news conference at the headquarters of the Press Union of Liberia (PUL) with the President of the PUL, Charles Coffey, the Executive Director of Africa Environmental Watch, Dr. Morris Koffa called on all Liberians including the media to join hands in overcoming solid waste management in the Country. He noted that solid waste management being one of the most confronting issues in the society today, all concerned must see reason in joining the fight against solid waste management in the country by jointly addressing the country’s sanitation challenges.
