Earlier in the day, the star also took to Instagram telling fans she was going to undergo the nose job procedure in the afternoon. The TV star explained they were 'taking a piece of bone from her rib' which would then be used to replace her nose cartilage 'to make it look a bit smaller'. The TV personality has previously admitted that cocaine used to be her 'only friend' as she spoke about her past drug abuse.
