The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has replaced a 100kVA transformer that was stolen three weeks ago in Bunson, Abuakwa South Municipality of the Eastern Region. The theft had resulted in a prolonged power outage, leaving institutions and households in nearby areas without electricity for almost a week.
