According to a report by myjoyonline.com, the operation will begin on Sunday, February 8, and continue through Friday, February 13, 2026. Temporary outages will affect communities in Accra East, Accra West, Central, and the Tema regions. In Accra East, staggered outages will occur across multiple days. A separate maintenance exercise on Monday, February 9,2026 will affect North Dzorwulu, Lancet Laboratory, Mensvic Hotel, Ghana Link, Agbogba School Park, Academic City, Boshye DVLA, and Boshye Narhman.
