The statement added that the Chief Justice further highlighted concerns about working conditions within the Judiciary, stressing that sustained support is critical to improving efficiency across the justice delivery system. “Justice Baffoe-Bonnie further raised concerns about working conditions within the Judiciary, stressing the need for sustained institutional support to improve efficiency and outcomes across the justice delivery system,” it added. In response, the Finance Minister, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting judicial reforms and addressing challenges facing the courts.
