CAIRO – 28 May 2021: Egypt recorded new 1,132 coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and 54 deaths in the past 24 hours, announced the Egyptian Ministry on Thursday evening. The ministry stated that the total number of infections that was registered in Egypt thus far is 258,407 cases, including 189,476 cases that have been cured, and 14,904 deaths. The ministry has also allocated a number of communication means to receive citizens' inquiries about the emerging coronavirus and infectious diseases. , Including the hotline "105", "15335", and the WhatsApp number "01553105105", in addition to the "Egypt Health" application available on phones. This fungal infection appears to have different types as reported in India: Black Fungus, Yellow Fungus, and White Fungus, with yellow reported as the most fatal one.
