Joint security forces have arrested 165 people amid the ongoing curfew in Gopalganj following the deadly violence surrounding the National Citizen Party's rally. According to police, 66 people were arrested in Muksudpur, 45 in Sadar, 24 in Kashiani, 17 in Tungipara, and 12 in Kotalipara. Gopalganj Sadar Police Station chief Mir Sajedur Rahman said the arrestees would be sent to jail after a court appearance on Friday. Among the dead are Dipta Saha, 30, Ramzan Kazi, 17, Sohel Rana, 35, and Imon, identified by his first name. The curfew, first imposed on Wednesday evening, was briefly relaxed for three hours from 11am on Friday.
