A man was arrested on Wednesday after being busted for making and trafficking drugs worth HK$3.1 million in a residential unit in Cheung Sha Wan. The Tsuen Wan district police conducted an in-depth investigation, locking on to a private housing unit on Sham Shing Road in Cheung Sha Wan, which was suspected to be a drug manufacturing and storage facility.
