Curington of Cullman was fatally injured when the 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe that he was driving traveled off the roadway, struck several trees, and overturned at about 8:04 p.m.on Monday. “Curington was attempting to elude law enforcement when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed,” O’Neal said.
