According to Realestate.co.nz, confidence and activity are gradually returning to the New Zealand property market. An interesting highlight from the data is the significant increase in new listings compared to the previous month, with a rise of 20.9%. In August, eight out of 19 regions had more listings compared to the previous year. Williams believes that spring has arrived early in the property market this year, as evidenced by the increased search activity and auction popularity. Analysis: Q+A's Jack Tame says Labour came to power in 2017 with an ambitious agenda, but has struggled to live up to the spirit of those promises. Although Labour has governed for the last two parliamentary terms, to many voters (and many Labour MPs) the last six years feel like nine. Labour would tackle the mental health crisis, end child poverty, and solve the housing crisis. ADVERTISEMENTAt the end of last year the chief executive of the Mental Health Foundation said “the transformation of mental health is failing." Labour’s campaign has a completely different tone from the grand pronouncements and ambitious policies of six years ago.

Oh yes, hello and welcome to Friday’s Rugby News on whatever site I am on this week (is ‘The Roar’ for sale??). And wrap up the news week with ‘Friday’s Goss’ with Hoss’ now officially with more credibility than QANTAS! On the surface, the Wallabies opening RWC match against Georgia wouldn’t, respectfully, give many Aussie Rugby fans much cause for concern would it? For right now, in official World Rugby rankings, Australia sits at #9 and the Georgians only two places back in #11. Traditionally the Wallabies have shown a lack of ‘rugby smarts’ against teams who sucker them in to playing the style of game they want.

His journey in farming has recently seen a significant transformation, through the consolidation of his farming business. However, a pivotal decision was made to close the Southland operation, redirecting all focus and energy towards the Canterbury properties. The farming operation in Canterbury has been enhanced by the venison deer stud stock from Southland. In addition to their venison stud focus, the team run 600 stags through for breeding purposes, just for selection pressure on their breeding program. That’s our bread and butter from a stud breeding point of view, too.

Under National’s plan, people on the lowest incomes would miss out while high-income property speculators can continue to line their pockets. "The Green Party is clear that we must urgently stop handouts to property speculators so we can support everyone. This is pie in the sky stuff, unlike the Green Party’s costed solution of a Wealth Tax. "People struggling to make ends meet will be much better off under the Green Party’s plan.
