It is obvious that the frustration and anger had arisen from, firstly, the Helpdesk number in Mysejahtera that is pathetically useless and secondly, the vaccination selection process is seemingly screwed up. I am not implying here that the younger rakyat should be sidelined but JKJAV should keep their initial plan to prioritise senior citizens for the vaccination. This true story shows that the threat and risk for senior citizens is very real. Vaccination for senior citizens has to be prioritised. And senior citizens have waited four long months.

After waiting for an eternity, I finally got my vaccination appointment on July 5. My vaccination appointment was at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), Nilai, about half an hour's drive from Seremban. Right from the car park to the vaccination hall, there were many frontliners who really pampered me all along the way. The many volunteers and health personnel went out of their way to make our vaccination experience one to cherish with wonderful memories. I was directed to a counter to get my second appointment date and, after a 15-minute rest, I left.
