Venturing into a broader spectrum of sports holds the potential to foster inclusivity within our sporting community. By introducing children and youth to an array of sporting activities, we not only broaden the pool of potential athletes but also lay the foundation for a more robust, adaptable, and resilient sporting community. Beyond the economic powerhouse of football, numerous sports harbor untapped potential for revenue generation through events, sponsorships, merchandise, and tourism. This, in turn, enhances the quality of life for citizens and creates a positive environment for the pursuit of a wide range of sporting activities. By promoting inclusivity, grassroots development, economic opportunities, global representation, and improved health and wellness, Kenya can establish itself as a well-rounded sporting nation.
