Three men who allegedly sheltered the shooters of 27-year-old promoter Mohammad Shafique, gunned down in Howrah’s Pilkhana early on Wednesday morning, were arrested on Thursday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken strong exception to the inclusion of a section on “Corruption in the Judiciary” in the NCERT Social Science textbook for Class 8, sources said Thursday. Expressing his anguish, Modi, at a Cabinet meeting held Tuesday, was said to have asked Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to find out who was responsible for this and who should be held accountable. Modi took up the issue at the Cabinet meeting, the first to be held at Seva Teerth, the newly-constructed PMO. According to sources, the Prime Minister was said to have asked why Class 8 students were being taught such chapters and who was monitoring the content in textbooks.

डिजिटल डेस्क,जबलपुर। रांझी थाना क्षेत्र में चिकन शाॅप संचालित करने वाले एक युवक ने सड़क हादसे में दोनों पैर गंवा दिए थे। हादसे का शिकार युवक को बीमा क्लेम दिलाने का झांसा देकर जालसाज ने साढ़े 5 लाख रुपए हड़प लिए। रकम देने के बाद न क्लेम मिला, न ही वह रकम वापस कर रहा था। परेशान होकर पीड़ित ने मंगलवार की रात रांझी थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई।पुलिस के अनुसार गौर अनूप विहार काॅलोनी निवासी चैतन्य चौपड़ा उम्र 48 वर्ष की रांझी में चिकन की दुकान थी। वर्ष 2014 में रांझी मस्ताना चौक स्थित रक्षा कर्मचारी काॅलोनी निवासी अमित कुमार लंब ने उसका बीमा किया था। उसके बाद 18 फरवरी 2025 को चैतन्य सड़क हादसे का शिकार हो गया था। ट्रक के पहिए के नीचे आने से उसने अपने दोनों पैर गंवा दिए थे।हादसे की जानकारी लगने पर अमित ने उससे संपर्क किया और कहा कि स्थायी विकलांगता होने पर 50 लाख का बीमा क्लेम की राशि मिलेगी। उसकी बातों में आकर चैतन्य ने उसे अपने सभी दस्तावेज दिए। उसके बाद उसने चैतन्य से कहा कि क्लेम पाने के लिए 10 प्रतिशत राशि एडवांस लगेगी। उसकी बातों में आकर चैतन्य ने उसे 5 लाख 44 हजार रुपए दिए थे।काफी समय बीतने पर पीड़ित को क्लेम की राशि नहीं मिली, तो वह अमित के घर पहुंचा लेकिन वह नहीं मिला। काफी समय से वह उसे टरकाता रहा और न तो क्लेम दिलाया, न ही राशि वापस की। परेशान होेकर पीड़ित ने बीती रात रांझी थाने पहुंचकर रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई।निमंत्रण की लिंक भेजकर खाते से उड़ाए एक लाखमझौली थाना क्षेत्र स्थित ग्राम महगवां निवासी एक व्यक्ति को निमंत्रण की लिंक भेजकर साइबर ठग ने खाते से एक लाख उड़ा लिए। पीड़ित द्वारा इसकी शिकायत थाने में की गयी है। जानकारी के अनुसार ग्राम महगवां निवासी नीतेश राजपूत ने शिकायत देकर बताया कि उनका मोबाइल नंबर जिस बैंक खाते से लिंक है, उस नंबर के वाॅट्सएप पर 25 फरवरी को निमंत्रण की एक लिंक आयी।उन्होंने जैसे ही लिंक को क्लिक किया उनके खाते से 1 लाख की राशि दूसरे खाते में ट्रांसफर हो गयी। पीड़ित द्वारा शिकायत देकर जिस खाते में रकम ट्रांसफर की गयी, उस खाते के आधार पर साइबर ठग की पतासाजी कर कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है।
