By Crystal McGough, EditorTRUSSVILLE – ACTA Theatre’s production of “The Play Goes Wrong,” directed by Zach Skaggs, will hit the stage on Friday, Sept. 15, kicking off six performances spread out over two weekends. I think it is probably one of the funniest, if not the funniest, show ever written,” Skaggs said. “It’s comparable in some ways to ‘Noises Off,’ where you kind of get the feel of the backstage workings of a show. “This is probably the most complex set that ACTA has ever had for a show,” he said. “I think it’s going to be a really high-quality production,” Skaggs said.
