Zoom is expanding is video conferencing services to contain full-service office suite features. Notes will appear alongside video calling where the chatbox is usually placed. Zoom wants its users to make a document with a meeting agenda, edit it during the call and later share it with members. Zoom has been striving to add new features to its platform over the past year with email and calendar service, AI features and more. The company is ardently striving to keep with competitors Google and Microsoft who have similar advanced video calling platform.
