Members of the Ethiopian and Eritrean Student Association served misir wot, a spicy lentil stew, and tibs, a beef stew, along with cabbage and injera sour bread at the 2021 MSU International Festival. Several types of cultural foods also will be served at this year's festival slated 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday in Minnesota State University's Centennial Student Union.
