Yellowknife’s Terry Wolfe dressed up as “Santa the Sled Dog” for the first time in 15 years or so. This year, Santa Claus – that is, Wolf – made his journey at around 1pm on Saturday, starting in Back Bay in Yellowknife and riding through the town’s sailboat community before heading back out. Wolf, who was dressed as Santa Claus, and his sled dogs slowed down so he could say hello to some children on Saturday. “Sled-dog Santa” and his team began their journey Saturday around 1 p.m., and finished the route about half an hour later.
