CAIRO – 29 May 2021: The United Media Services (UMS) group announced a full administrative restructuring, starting with the appointment of Egyptian Financier Hassan Abdallah as the new chairman of the group, succeeding Egyptian Businessman and media producer Tamer Morsi. Hassan Abdallah is the former Chief Executive Officer of the Arab African International Bank (AAIB). Who is Hassan Abdallah? Born in 1960, Hassan Abdallah obtained a BA, in Business Administration from the American University in 1982, and then in the same year began his work at the Arab African International Bank, the first multinational bank in Egypt. Abdallah succeeded in leading the bank to acquire the Canadian Bank of Nova Scotia portfolio in Egypt in 2015.
