More infoA restaurant chain with several branches in Edinburgh was recently branded the 'worst in the world' by one food critic. One thing that immediately struck me was how much nicer it was than most other fast food places I've ever been in. At the St James restaurant, at least, this isn't true, as I saw multiple people heading up to the till and giving their order to staff. The menu was pretty much what you'd expect, with options including the 'OG Kebab', 'Kcal Kebab', Doner Wrap, and Doner Krunch Burger -- the latter of which admittedly looked extremely unappetising. However, in terms of fast food restaurants, German Doner Kebab is one of the nicer experiences I've had lately.
