Polls have closed across Somaliland after presidential elections, and it appears Wednesday's voting across the breakaway region has gone smoothly. More than 1 million people were registered to vote across some 2,000 polling stations in Somalia's breakaway region. In the evening, vote counting was underway, according to the electoral agency.
