Lt. Gen. Khamlien Outhakaysone hailed the significance of the gift, stressing that it is just one among many works that the Party, State and army of Vietnam have built for the Lao army over the past years.He said the gift provides more evidence of the great friendship between Laos and Vietnam in general and the two armies in particular./.
