On November 21, 2011, the Governments of Vietnam and Russia signed a cooperation agreement on building the Centre of Nuclear Science and Technology (CNST) in Vietnam. They will periodically identify priority directions for cooperation in this field, thereby selecting joint research cooperation tasks for being funded. Associate Professor Nguyễn Thị Quế Anh, principal of the University of Law at the Vietnam National University, said AI is one of the basic elements of the fourth industrial revolution. His project is a cooperation between the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, the University of Electro-Communications, Japan and Việt Nam’s Central Hospital of Tropical Diseases.
