The Embassy’s partners in the projects are Oxfam in Vietnam, ActionAid in Vietnam, East Meets West, CARE International in Vietnam, Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, Tan Binh Centre, and SCDeaf. Themed “My Vietnam”, the short film competition encourages filmmakers from underrepresented communities to tell the stories of Vietnam through their own eyes. The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee presented two certificates of merit and 15 creative youth badges.
