Senate Majority Leader Aaron Cheruiyot has announced plans to spearhead a Bill compelling all counties to deploy a cashless system tabled in the Senate. Meanwhile, Cheruiyot blamed the current cash system under use by the county governments, claiming that it is prone to bottlenecks and pilferage.
