Hunter told host Jill Dempsey she would spend on infrastructure and services like affordable housing and public transit. "If we don't invest in critical public infrastructure in this city, I fear what Toronto will become," Hunter said. She has proposed a six per cent property tax raise for homeowners with a combined income of more than $80,000, and three per cent for households earning less than that threshold.
