Top ten position for student experience for Leicester in latest The Times and Sunday Times league table 19 September 2025Leicester has maintained its position as a top 30 university in The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2026, while achieving top ten placement for its student experience. The University of Leicester has been placed equal 28th in the latest rankings of 130 UK universities – find out more on The Times website. Meanwhile, 94.8% of Leicester students were projected to progress from their first year of study to their second. The Times guide comes within a week of the publication of The Guardian University Guide 2026.
